Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For smaller orders, a minimal delivery fee of ₹49 applies. Charges are clearly shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities receive faster service.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation. Once shipped, we’ll provide tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, a digital invoice will be sent to your email. You can also download it from your Campster Herbs account dashboard.
Can I return or exchange products?
We do not have a Return Policy
Payment Infomation
When is payment deducted from my bank account?
Your payment will be processed immediately upon placing the order. You’ll receive confirmation by email and SMS.
What is Wishlist?
The Wishlist allows you to save products you’re interested in for future purchases. Easily access them from your account.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact our support team within 48 hours with pictures. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this, processing begins and cancellations may not be possible.
What is “package tracking” in my orders?
You’ll get a tracking ID once your order is shipped. Use it to monitor your shipment through our courier partner’s tracking portal.
